• Description must include both what and when to use

1. 1.Create a top-level skill directory in ~/.claude/skills/
2. 2.Add SKILL.md with correct YAML frontmatter (name and description)
3. 3.Ensure no extra fields beyond name and description
4. 4.Structure files as needed (README, scripts, resources, docs)
5. 5.Restart Claude Code or refresh Claude.ai to detect the skill
6. 6.Use in projects or personal workflows as needed
